Overview

AST centrifugal compressors are mainly used in the iron and steel metallurgical industry to provide high-pressure gas to support key process steps. In blast furnace ironmaking, they transport large amounts of air to maintain combustion and ensure high temperature and reduction reactions in the furnace. In converter steelmaking, they provide high-pressure oxygen for oxygen top blowing to promote decarbonization and impurity removal. In addition, they are also used in gas recovery systems to compress and transport blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, etc., to improve energy utilization efficiency. With its high efficiency, stability, and large flow rate, it plays an important role in the iron and steel metallurgical industry.
